Vacancy remaining of voclet 2013 after the 1st counseling

There are no vacancy in Govt. polytechnic college for GEN, SC and PC candidate but 40 seats remaining for ST candidates .
There are many GEN seats remaining in private colleges but no vacancy for SC,ST and PC candidates .
